Safe & Sound Extended Orthoses Warranty for Patients

Safe & Sound is a comprehensive protection program for patients who have been prescribed custom PAL foot orthoses. At little or no additional out-of-expense, Safe & Sound covers required repairs and replacements of custom orthoses for two full years.

PAL guarantees most of its orthoses against breakage, under normal wear, for a lifetime, but Safe & Sound offers an even superior level of protection. It protects against the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from: (1) breakage or damage to the orthosis shell, extensions and accessories during normal wear; (2) required adjustments; (3) theft or loss; (4) outgrowth for patients under 18 years of age.
